Aromatheraphy

Light up the bathroom with a few scented candles and give your woman a warm sponge bath. Hand her a glass of red wine, or whatever she prefers, and use your hand or mouth when feeding her strawberries or chocolate.

Slowly and strategically glide the sponge over her entire body. Begin with her shoulders, and in a gentle motion, make the sponge travel down to the tips of her toes. Then pour some shampoo on your hand and apply it to her hair, which is a very erogenous spot (but usually unexplored) for women. Massage her scalp, emulating the way your trusty barber massages your head after a haircut. When you’ve finished, let her lean her head back on you, and rinse her hair.

• Instead of tearing off your clothes, take your time with each button, zipper, or what have you.
• Even before you start the foreplay, do not talk about any depressing or mundane topics such as having no money, lay-offs, or child-care problems. It will greatly affect your game-time.
• Try a different perspective on your visuals. You may place a mirror directly where the action will be, (ala Basic Instinct) or if you are a little more adventurous, use a video camera and watch yourselves on the television screen.
